We had a huge project of removing vegetation, re-shaping the bank, adding soil and mulching. We wanted a rustic look with locust logs and rock. The team was great to work with executing our vision. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about the customer service we received from Floyd’s Landscaping. We reached out to ask if they offered lawn mowing services. They didn’t—but instead of simply telling us no and sending us on our way, he went out of his way to help us find someone who could. He worked diligently to make arrangements, kept in touch with us, and somehow had people at our house mowing our lawn in less than 18 hours from when we first contacted him. That kind of kindness and customer service is incredibly rare. We weren’t even technically his customers, and he still took the time and effort to make sure we were taken care of. It would have been completely reasonable for him to simply say, “Sorry, we don’t offer that service,” but he chose to help instead. If this is how Floyd’s Landscaping treats someone who isn’t even hiring them for a service, I can only imagine how well they take care of their actual customers. Absolutely above and beyond, and very deserving of five stars. Thank you so much!
