They didn’t—but instead of simply telling us no and sending us on our way, he went out of his way to help us find someone who could. He worked diligently to make arrangements, kept in touch with us, and somehow had people at our house mowing our lawn in less than 18 hours from when we first contacted him. That kind of kindness and customer service is incredibly rare. We weren’t even technically his customers, and he still took the time and effort to make sure we were taken care of. It would have been completely reasonable for him to simply say, “Sorry, we don’t offer that service,” but he chose to help instead. If this is how Floyd’s Landscaping treats someone who isn’t even hiring them for a service, I can only imagine how well they take care of their actual customers. "If you need landscaping work done, look no further than Michael and his team. They were truly outstanding to work with from start to finish. The quality of their work goes beyond mere execution as their attention to detail is phenomenal. Throughout the process, they checked in to ensure we were happy and they brought many creative ideas that completely elevated the final design. The finished product truly was transformative to our property and delivered on every promise: (1) Hillside redesign - a large, previously challenging hillside is now totally redesigned, beautiful and completely weed-free; (2) Meticulous mulching and river rock beds - they weeded and applied mulch around our vegetable garden and trees and added river rock around the house which instantly improved the look and health of all the beds; (3) Patio restoration - they expertly revitalized our brick patio and sidewalks with a deep power wash and added new sand and a professional sealer to prevent future weed growth. We are incredibly happy with the results and the professionalism they showed and would absolutely use them again.
